Yum! We bought a couple different products from Louis Sipp: 2004 Cremant D'Alsace - the Alsacian's version of Champagne 2004 Riesling Kirchberg Grand Cru and a 2003 Riesling Kirchberg Grand Cru. Big difference in flavor between the 03 and the 04!
