Struggling

Much of the area is struggling financially. But what I love, is despite the lack of funds, people seem happy and content with what they do have. This guy, out on the top floor of his apartment (4 stories up), sits near the edge, reading a book. He noticed me taking pictures, got a big smile and waved...pretty sure he got a chuckle out of some crazy tourist driving by, taking a picture of him simply reading a book. Good people here! Again, I love this place.
