Close up of cement fence

This fence stood about 3 1/2 feet tall and ran about 10 feet in length. This was a small portion of the wall (about the size of a sheet of paper). I took this photo to show the extent of the damage done here....if this area is the size of a sheet of paper, you can imagine how the entire city looks.
