Christer's Mom was born and raised in Stockholm, so he's been to Sweden several times over the years.  Actually spent the first few years of his life living there.  As for me, this was my first visit.  The countryside of Sweden is just as you'd imagine it. Green pastures, red houses with white trim and trees everywhere.  And yes, everyone is just as beautiful as they say.  It must be Supermodel Capital, as I'm pretty sure everyone there was 6 feet tall, blond, blue eyed and simply stunning.  Men and women.  Lots of seafood, so of course we stuffed our faces with as much as we could manage to get down our gluttonous throats.  It was divine....albeit quite pricey.  Stockholm is by far the most expensive place I've visited.  But worth the trip!!  Stockholm is like the Swedish version of Venice - waterways everywhere.  The people are kind, food is good and there is plenty to see and do.
